SOUND DRAWINGS
The evolution of these interactive kinetic sound drawings began in 2000, as a result of a collaboration with sound and
installationartist Max Eastley. Each sound drawing relies upon the changing relative direction of the force of gravity in
order to move captive objects upon its surface. Equipped with sensors and a small microprocessor, each sound
drawing is able to respond to acoustic or gestural stimuli from the viewer.
