sonic sound waves are harnessed to sculpt water. Light is passed through
the water to reveal the forms produced – from the chaotic to the
geometric. Sound
is a physical medium. However, this is one aspect of the sonic which
is rarely made obvious in every day life. Generally when we hear a
sound we process it according to its informational, emotional, or
intellectual significance and for this purpose a consideration of
its physical nature is not entered into. This work explores the physical
aspect of sound. |
